RNA is a pain

I hate it when I work with RNA (Ribonucleic acid). It's so sensitive to degradation that everything has to be sterile and RNase(protein that kills RNA) free. That means heaps of autoclaving (um, a sterilsing chamber) and keeping everything clean/sterilised at an almost paranoia level. I hate working with RNA!

For those who don't understand what the heck I'm going about, please disregard this post. I just have to gripe on a Monday.
